C6含氟織物整理劑KDFA-02
產(chǎn)品簡介
KDFA-02采用全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯作為含氟單體制備的環(huán)�？椢镎�理劑。產(chǎn)品不含PDOA,且在使用中也不會分解出PDOA，因此具有良好的安全性。

產(chǎn)品特性 
1.KDFA-02賦予織物優(yōu)異的防水防油效果及耐洗性能。
2.KDFA-02適用于天然纖維，化學(xué)纖維和混紡織物。
3.KDFA-02 具有自交鏈性能，在高溫下處理時可產(chǎn)生拒水拒油薄膜，不影響織物手感，優(yōu)異的耐洗牢度。
4.KDFA-02良好的加工相容性，可與防紫外線，阻燃，抗菌整理等助劑同浴使用。
5.KDFA-02具有良好的使用效果，對織物的白度，色光，強力，手感和吸濕透氣性無不良影響。
6.KDFA-02無毒，安全，對皮膚無刺激性，無需使用含有甲醛的交聯(lián)劑。

使用方法
KDFA-02 通常用于浸軋法,具體用量，用法需根據(jù)織物的品種，密度，克重而定，以下為參考工藝。
1.純棉織物
用量：     15-50g/l 
工藝流程：浸軋（浸軋率：60-70%）→干燥（100℃×2~3min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
2.滌綸織物 
用量：        10-30g/ml
工藝流程：浸軋（浸軋率：60-70%）→干燥（110℃×2~3min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
3.晴綸織物   
用量：        10-40g/ml
工藝流程：浸軋（浸軋率：60-70%）→干燥（110℃×1~2min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
4.滌/棉混紡織物  
用量：        20-50g/ml
工藝流程：浸軋（浸軋率：60-70%）→干燥（110℃×2~3min）→培烘（170℃×1min）
