四、操作應(yīng)用
◇本產(chǎn)品一般使用80目120目網(wǎng)布,根據(jù)圖案的不同絲網(wǎng)一定要繃緊,這一點(diǎn)相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵。
◇為了保證印制效果,一般不要制作太厚網(wǎng)版,根據(jù)厚度不同需要印5—8次,在使用厚網(wǎng)版印刷時(shí)印完第一次需待底層干透后再進(jìn)行第二次印刷,一般印刷3—5次就能達(dá)到2-3毫米以上的高度。
◇本產(chǎn)品不易塞網(wǎng),過稠時(shí)可加入適當(dāng)水漿攪拌均勻進(jìn)行稀釋。
◇在自然風(fēng)干48小時(shí)后,再過溫150度8-15秒,過溫時(shí)盡量將面料過反面。
◇使用時(shí)加入1%-2%交聯(lián)劑。(加好助劑的漿料要在3~6小時(shí)內(nèi)用完)。
五、注意事項(xiàng)
◇自然干燥時(shí)間與氣溫和空氣濕度有關(guān)。
◇調(diào)色可根據(jù)客戶需要顏色的深淺來(lái)調(diào)入色種的分量,顏色調(diào)入太多容易引起掉色現(xiàn)象,色種最好控制在5%之內(nèi)。
◇如印容易掉色的深色布,需要測(cè)試顏色是否會(huì)升華到膠漿表面上,以減少不必要的損失。
◇使用本透明產(chǎn)品印花,要稍加白膠漿摻和進(jìn)行調(diào)色印花有利于在紡織品面料上印花著色度飽和,更好發(fā)揮透明漿的應(yīng)用效果。
◇由于印花面料的多樣化,和一些外在的不確定因素做大貨之前先小樣實(shí)驗(yàn)確定以后方可批量生產(chǎn)。未確定情況使用或操作不當(dāng)引起的質(zhì)量問題本公司概不負(fù)責(zé)。

Operation application
This product uses 80-120mesh screen as usual. The crux is that according to different shape,the mesh screen must tighten.
In order to guarantee the printing effect,should not manufacture thick mesh screen. According to different thickness, it needs to print 6-8times.When using thick mesh screen print, what we should notice that it must be dry enough and then print in second time.Printing 3-5times can reach the height of2-3mm.
This product is not easy to plug mesh,you could add suitable water slurry and stir to dilute when it too thick.
After air dry naturally for 48 hours,and then over-temperature for 8-15seconds at 150℃.When over-temperature,it better to put fabric in opposite side.
You should add 1%-2%crosslinker when using the product.(The paste with auxiliaries ,you should run out within 3-6hours.)
Notes
The time of drying is related to humidity of the air.
When adjusting the color,the amount of pigment you should add according to the customer’s needs.If add too much color, it will lead to come off, the amount of pigment it better to add within 5%.
If print on dark fabric which is easy to come off, it better to make a test that color whether sublimate on the surface of paste, in order to reduce unnecessary financial losses.
Using this transparent product to print,add some white paste to print ,it could makes the textile surface looks more saturated and make the clear paste reach the best application effect.
