三、特性
在染色布底上有良好的罩印能力，也可以加入通常的涂料色漿進行調色。
絨面漿形成的薄膜柔軟而富有彈性。印后可達到恒溫60度2至3小時的洗水要求。
四、操作應用
把絨面漿按實際所需調好顏色直接印在布料上，印2～3次為佳，然后以150-170℃烘烤2-3分鐘或經壓燙機150-170℃壓燙10-15秒，溫度過高或過低會影響絨面的效果和手感，操作時應注意。
五、注意事項
◇由于印花面料的多樣化，使用前先做小樣實驗確定以后方可批量生產。
◇如要增加漿料的彈性可加入本公司PU230透明漿10%-20%來增加彈性。
◇本產品屬高端環(huán)保型漿料，常溫下保存12個月。

Having a excellent ability of cover printing on dyeing bottom layer, also could add usual pigment to adjust color.

Thin film is formed by suede puff is soft and elastic.After printing, it could reach the requirement of wash at 60℃ for 2-3hours.

四．Operation Application

Print suede puff on fabric directly according to actual need to adjust color, it is better to print 2-3times and then bake for 2-3minutes or use press machines to press at 150-170℃ for 10-15seconds,if the temperature over high or over low will affect suede puff’s effects and hand feel, should be noticed in operation.

五．Notes

Due to variety of fabric, you should better make a sample test before into a batch production.
