四、操作流程：

1、本品一般使用100-120目絲網(wǎng)，根據(jù)不同圖案使用不同目數(shù)，一般棉布印2次每次刮2刀，如印高彈性布料必須先用透明漿打底兩次，再用白膠漿和透明漿調(diào)色后，蓋面兩次，即可得到理想效果。

2、本產(chǎn)品使用后可自然干燥24時或經(jīng)過烘道（干燥機）130℃度過熱2-3分鐘，如果使用壓燙機壓燙130℃度壓燙10-15秒。

4、印完后烘道完全烘干，即可馬上洗水。其洗水牢度同彈性可與同類膠漿比美。

六、注意事項：

1、自然干燥時間與氣溫和空氣濕度有關(guān)。

2、調(diào)色可根據(jù)客戶需要顏色的深淺來調(diào)入色種的分量，顏色調(diào)入太多容易引起掉色現(xiàn)象，色種最好控制在5%之內(nèi).

3、如印容易掉色的深色布，需要測試顏色是否會升華到膠漿表面上，以減少不必要的損失。

4、使用本產(chǎn)品印,必要時要進(jìn)行白膠漿和透明漿相調(diào)和攪勻印刷，以免出現(xiàn)裂紋及手感軟弱度差的現(xiàn)象。

5、使用本透明產(chǎn)品印花，要稍加白膠漿摻和進(jìn)行調(diào)色印花有利于在紡織品面料上印花著色度飽和，更好發(fā)揮透明漿的應(yīng)用效果。
