組成：進(jìn)口PVC樹脂、進(jìn)口非鄰苯類增塑劑、美國杜邦鈦白粉、含環(huán)保有機錫穩(wěn)定劑。

外觀：白色細(xì)密糊狀漿料。

固體含量：100%，170℃不揮發(fā)或極微量揮發(fā)特性。

適用范圍：可滲透性紡織纖維如棉、毛、萊卡布、牛仔布，人造革。

產(chǎn)品特點：干濕擦可達(dá)4-5級，耐海水及洗衣粉液浸泡不脫落不爆裂，甲醛不超標(biāo)、不含八大重金屬、不含偶氮顏料、不含危險品和低揮發(fā)溶劑。

應(yīng)用方法：1.可以直接用絲網(wǎng)方法印刷。常溫下一年不堵塞網(wǎng)版，以用350目精細(xì)網(wǎng)版印刷。

2.可以調(diào)入我們提供的色種（色種是高濃度色漿）來使用，以達(dá)到需求的顏色。也可以和其他顏色熱固油墨來調(diào)色。

3.如果油墨表面粘手，可以加入我們提供的表面防粘劑1%，立即改善。

2.It can also add pigments what we offer,in order to meet the need of color.it also can add other color of plastisol ink to adjust the color.

3.If the surface of plastisol ink is sticky, you could add 1% of our anti-sticking agent can improve the effect.
