一、外觀及組成

1、PU啞面膚感蓋面漿是丙烯酸與聚氨酯類混合物

二、產品特點

適用于印花膠漿的啞光處理，蓋面后啞度高，牢度好，手感柔軟，表面干爽柔滑且有肌膚感，抗刮性強，提高印花產品檔次。

三、使用方法

1、印好其它膠漿至八成干左右，再蓋1－2次加1%助劑的PU啞面膚感蓋面漿，自然涼干4－12小時，過熱130℃－150℃ 1－3分鐘。

四、注意事項

1、上述說明僅供參考意見，須客戶自身經過試驗檢測后，若結果合格方可投入大量生產，應操作不當引起的損失，本公司概不負責。

2、儲存：應儲存在陰涼通風處，不可暴曬或低溫凍結。

It is suitable for printing pastes to make Matte treatment,after covering ,it looks dumb,good fastness,soft hand feel,dry,fine and smooth ,skin feeling, strong resistance of scratch,meanwhile,improving quality of printing products.

三、Usage

Printing other bases and drying for eighty percent,using PU matte surface covering base with 1% of auxiliary to scrape one to two times,natural drying for 4 to 12 hours,heat 1to 3minutes at 130-150℃.

四、Notes
